Part 1(Liberty LEP-1-3034) has the following tracks-Side 1: 1. Quiet Village; 2. Return to Paradise-Side 2:1. Stone God; 2. Jungle Flower. I assume parts 2 & 3 are LEP-2-3034 and LEP-3-3034. If the above tracks are the first 4 songs on the album, the other 8 should follow in the same order. The third 45 in this set, which has the last two songs from side 1 and 2 on the LP on its respective sides. On the album "Hawaii Calls: Waikiki!", Presented by Webley Edwards (Capitol T-772),with the Hawaii Calls Orchestra and Chorus featuring Haunani with Al Kealoha Perry. (Info taken from label). Recorded live on the beach at Waikiki(from the album cover), you will find the song "Island of Dreams" written by Martin Denny and Bob Laine. I don't think Martin Denny is on this track-it's just his composition (and one I'm not familiar with). Other submissions The Ritchie Family covers "Quiet Village" on a Rhino disco compilation. The chorus disco-whispers: "you saexy thing, you turn me on" under a bed of disco-fied tropicalness. --lsd@bitstream.net Exotic Moog Many objects throughout history have attained mythical and near mythical status. The Holy Grail, Bermuda Triangle, and the perfect Mai-Tai to name a few. To the Denny worshipper, Exotic Moog stands as their near myth. Rare and coveted, it often sells at collector prices and occasionly shows up when unexpected. The Temple offers this cover and the liner notes in the hope they will ease the journey of the pilgrim seeking their grail...
